What each login error means, and the fix for each one.

An “invalid login” or “authorization failed” message almost always comes down to one of five things: a typing mistake in the username or password, a wrong server address, a plan that has ended, every screen on your plan already in use, or a network or VPN problem. Find the message you see in the table, then use the matching fix.

Common login messages and what they mean.

1. Retype the username and password exactly

Logins are case-sensitive: Martin2026 and martin2026 are two different accounts. Phone and TV keyboards often capitalise the first letter or add a space after a word without telling you. Copy and paste from your welcome message where you can. On a TV, type slowly and check each character before you press Sign in.

2. Enter the server address exactly as you received it

The server address — sometimes called the host, portal or URL — has to match your welcome message character for character, including http:// or https:// and any port number after a colon, such as :8080. Don’t add anything else: no spaces, and nothing after the port unless your message includes it.

3. Check that your plan is still active

A login that worked yesterday and fails today is often a plan that has ended. Check the end date in your welcome message, or ask Online Support. Our plans don’t renew by themselves, so nothing is charged until you decide to continue; you can renew from the plans and prices page.

4. Free up a screen

Each plan includes a set number of screens that can play at the same time. If they’re all in use — a basement TV left on, a phone in someone’s pocket — the next device is refused. Close the app on the others, wait a minute or two for the server to release the connection, and try again. If this keeps happening, a plan with more screens is the real fix.

5. Rule out the network and the VPN

If the app can’t reach the server at all, check the internet on that same device with our IPTV speed test. If you use a VPN, turn it off and try again: some VPN servers are slow to connect or get blocked along the way, and the app reports that as a login problem. Restarting the modem and router takes care of most of the rest.

An M3U playlist link has your username and password built into it, and it’s long. Messaging apps and notes often split it over two lines or drop the end, and the player then reports a login error. Copy the whole link again, or enter the server, username and password separately (the Xtream Codes login) if your player offers it.

What to send us if it still fails

  • the player app and the device you’re using,
  • the exact error message — a photo of the screen is perfect,
  • whether the same login works on another device.

Questions people ask

Is an IPTV username case-sensitive?

Yes. Usernames and passwords are matched exactly, so a capital letter added by your keyboard is enough to cause an “invalid login” message. Copy and paste them from your welcome message when you can.

Can I use the same IPTV login on two devices?

You can install it on as many devices as you like, but only as many can play at the same time as there are screens on your plan. On a one-screen plan, a second device that starts playing is refused or stops the first one.

Why did my IPTV login stop working overnight?

The most common reasons are a plan that has ended, another device using your last free screen, or a change on the network such as a VPN. Check the end date first, then close other devices and try again.

What is the difference between an M3U link and an Xtream Codes login?

Both open the same account. An Xtream Codes login is three short fields — server, username and password — and usually loads the TV guide on its own. An M3U link is one long address that holds the same details and may need the guide added separately.
