Our commitment
IPTV Online Channel respects the rights of copyright owners and expects its customers to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and with the notice-and-notice regime under Canada’s Copyright Act.
How to send a notice
If you believe that material available through iptvonlinechannel.ca or our service infringes your copyright, send a written notice through our contact page or by email at help@supportiptv.ca with the subject “Copyright notice”, including:
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- The specific location of the material (URL, channel name or other details that let us find it).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What we do next
- We acknowledge valid notices promptly and review them, normally within 2 business days.
- Where appropriate, we remove or disable access to the material identified.
- Where required under Canadian law, we forward the notice to the customer concerned.
- We suspend accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice through our contact page or by email at help@supportiptv.ca explaining why, with your contact details and a statement made in good faith.
Misuse
Knowingly making a false claim in a notice or counter-notice may expose the sender to liability. If you’re unsure whether material infringes your rights, please seek legal advice first.
